ChainPort is a security-focused cross-chain bridge. People move real money through it, but the interface had grown fragmented and no longer reflected the trust the product depended on.
I redesigned its bridge, wallet, and Earn experiences as the sole product designer. The work added route comparison and same-chain swaps to the bridge, and reorganized Earn around each user's position, earnings, and pool composition.
When the redesign sat unbuilt for six months, I implemented the production interface myself with Claude Code and engineering review. It was the first production code I had shipped, went live a few weeks later, and the workflow spread to other products at the company.
Web3Index is an AI research and outreach product for finding, evaluating, and contacting Web3 companies. It replaces a workflow previously spread across Twitter threads, spreadsheets, and separate sales tools.
From 2023 to 2025, I was the sole product designer on a seven-person team. I evolved the product from a category directory into a question-first research tool where users can compare ranked companies, understand why each result matches, and move from discovery to outreach in one flow.
I designed the full system, including company profiles, ownership and moderation, messaging, fundraising, a 30+ component design system, and the freemium model.
